1. Booking & Contract

By making a booking, you commission Fishing Camp Serravalle to provide the booked services (e.g., accommodation, motorboat, additional services).

The contract is concluded with our booking confirmation.

The full invoice amount is due at least 30 days before arrival.

For short-term bookings (under 30 days), the full amount must be transferred immediately.

The scope of services is determined by the respective description on our website or the booking confirmation.

There are no minimum overnight stays; the agreed days apply.

Arrival and departure are at your own expense and risk.

Optional booking: Airport transfer by arrangement.

Cancellation is possible at any time but should be made in writing.

Cancellation costs:

No liability for force majeure or weather-related influences (flooding, storms, etc.).
No liability for legal changes in the host country (Italy).
Claims for damages are excluded unless there is gross negligence or intent on our part.

The tenant is fully liable for damage caused by improper or negligent use of the provided equipment (boats, motors, fishing equipment, etc.).

Equipment must be returned clean and undamaged.

Instructions from the operator and his representatives must be followed.

Every guest is obliged to comply with the rules for safety, order and consideration.

We may cancel or terminate the contract if:

Guests persistently disrupt the process or endanger others despite warning.
Unforeseeable events (force majeure) significantly complicate or make implementation impossible.

Consequences:

No insurance is included in the travel price.

We recommend travel cancellation, accident and liability insurance.

For distance selling contracts, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, as these are services in the leisure sector (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

Cancellations are governed exclusively by section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, the seat of the operator.

Austrian law applies.
